Multiple Orbs Dancing Around The The Strongest Beam of Light in The World - Luxor Hotel

There are multiple recording of these Orbs flying, drifting in and around the light on top of the Luxor Hotel and Casino. I believe there is a total of 13 or 14 different videos. Out of all the ones I viewed this is by far the best recording. 

I don't believe these are bugs or birds but they certainly could be some type of floating debris (such as foam), failing that they certainly could be genuine orbs that have been filmed and documented on many different occasions. 

The Luxor Beam

At 42.3 billion candela, the Luxor Sky Beam is the strongest beam of light in the world. Using computer designed, curved mirrors to collect the light from 39 xenon lamps and focus them into one intense, narrow beam, engineers say that a person could read a newspaper by Luxor’s Sky Beam from ten miles up. On a clear night, the Sky Beam is visible up to 275 miles (443 km) away by aircraft at cruising altitude, such as over Los Angeles.
