Robert Bingham has been around for a while and many think he has the ability to "call for UFOs to appear." I know that some people do seem to have this ability, I am just not sure if he is actually one of them. There have been some fantastic claims about him which are all but impossible to document. That said there have been multiple witnesses and several videos like this one. Judge for yourself.
