Incredible UFO Photo Taken From Jet Window Over Rio, Brazil

This appears to be a very interesting photo taken from a aircraft that was flying over Rio de Janeiro in July 2013, the video was posted on August 31, 2013.  No further information or description was given. 

This photo appears to show a classic circular saucer shaped UFO with a dome or cupola on the top with a very dark underside.
