Fleet of UFOs and Military Helicopter Over Arizona

It appears that approximately 20 UFOs were in the sky over Chandler, Arizona, if you stay with this video you will see that they appear too large to be lanterns. At the beginning of the video a helicopter passes directly over the objects. There is a chance that these could be some sort of sort of military exercise but they are definitely not conventional craft nor are they lanterns.
