This object appears to be to slow to be a meteor, the witness believes it is a UFO or Orb advancing over Pennsylvania on September 3, 2013.

This is a typical fireball orb UFO moving from my left to right over the power lines, building and churches turning towards me and passing me ultimately on the right.
